Once you submit your detailed information, we will send you up to four referrals to contractors in your area.

Yes. Every contractor in our system has gone through a rigorous screening process that includes detailed background checks, licensing and insurance reviews, and reference checks with previous customers. You can also read reviews on each contractor.

We attempt to match you with in 48 hours. Depending on the type of referrals you need, it can take three to four business days.

You are welcome to request more contractor referrals. A customer service email will enquire to see if you’re happy.

Most projects receive three estimates, but you are welcome to request fewer or more.

By all means, let us know. We will follow up with the contractors we referred or send you additional referrals.

RemodelingBIDs takes no responsibility for the work done by contractors. However, each contractor we refer must offer a guarantee. Before signing an agreement with any contractor, be sure that all your questions have been answered and you know what the protocol will be if you are unhappy with the contractor’s work.

All of our contractors have been through a complete background and reference check, and we take special measures to make certain their licenses and insurance are up to date. We also continually monitor their performance on jobs we have referred. However, for your own peace of mind, we suggest that you request a current copy of the contractor’s paperwork. Ultimately, your legal agreement is between you and the contractor; RemodelingBIDs is simply a referral agency that facilitates the business relationship.
